This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you access our platform or website at https://Restti.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (PPL). By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy, including data processing both in Israel and the United States.

2. User Accounts and Age Restrictions

You may register on Restti by creating an account directly using your email address or through third-party authentication services such as Google, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or GitHub. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information. You may update or delete your account data through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

3. Categories of Information We Collect

We collect various types of personal information from users, either directly or through automated tools. This includes personal identifiers (such as your name, email address, IP address, and device ID), commercial and transactional data (such as your subscription plan and payment history), internet activity data (such as pages viewed, session logs, and referral URLs), geolocation data (if permitted), social media profile data (when using social logins), and inferences derived from usage patterns to personalize content or recommendations. We collect this data via direct inputs and tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and cookies.

4. Purposes of Data Use

We use your personal data for a range of lawful, necessary, and beneficial purposes that are essential to the functionality and continuous improvement of the Restti platform. Primarily, we process your data to enable account registration, authentication, and secure access, allowing you to create, manage, and modify your user profile and associated settings. We also use your information to deliver the core services you subscribe to or interact with, such as our CRM features, live chat modules, appointment scheduling tools, business card generators, campaign reporting dashboards, and other integrated business functionalities. Additionally, your data is used for order fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processing, which includes generating transaction records, sending receipts, managing billing cycles, and handling subscription renewals. For customer support purposes, we rely on your contact and usage information to respond to service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide tailored assistance based on your account activity and preferences. In accordance with Section 17 of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law (PPL §17) and Section 1798.100(b) of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we may also use your personal information to carry out direct marketing activities, display relevant product offerings, conduct behavioral targeting and retargeting, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by adjusting your notification settings. Furthermore, we use collected data to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities, including the monitoring of login patterns, access irregularities, or other behaviors that may pose a security risk to our platform or users. We also analyze user engagement data to improve the functionality, performance, and usability of our platform features. This includes testing interface changes, optimizing page load times, and adapting workflows to improve user satisfaction. Importantly, we reserve the right to generate and use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data—which no longer identifies individual users—for legitimate internal business purposes. These purposes include training our AI models, enhancing algorithmic precision, conducting predictive analytics, and developing new tools or services that benefit our user base. Such anonymized data may also be used to support research, innovation, and business insights, provided it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.

5. Device Permissions and Notifications

When accessing or using Restti’s mobile-enabled services or integrated applications, we may request your explicit permission to access certain features and functionalities of your device in order to deliver specific services. These may include access to your device’s geolocation data, which allows us to tailor location-based features (such as timezone-specific scheduling or map integration), as well as access to your camera and microphone for video call functionality, profile image uploads, identity verification, or audio-based communication tools that may be embedded within the platform. Additionally, we may request access to your local file storage or media library in cases where document uploads, media sharing, or content customization is necessary as part of the service experience. These permissions are requested only at the point where they are required to enable a feature or interaction, and your consent will be actively sought through a device-level prompt or application-level setting. You have full control over whether or not to grant such permissions, and may revoke access at any time through your device’s system settings without impacting your access to other unrelated platform features. Please note, however, that disabling certain permissions may limit your ability to fully utilize specific functionalities of the Restti platform. In addition, by using our platform, you consent to the receipt of push notifications and in-app alerts for the purposes of account-related communication, such as appointment confirmations, chat responses, service updates, system notifications, and other time-sensitive alerts relevant to your use of the platform. These notifications are intended to enhance user experience and service responsiveness. If at any time you wish to stop receiving these alerts, you may disable push notifications via your mobile device’s notification preferences. We do not access or use device features beyond what is necessary for functionality and will never collect information through these permissions without your prior knowledge and authorization. All permissions are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and California’s CCPA, where applicable.
